Heights had a lead against the Worthington Kilbourne Wolves, but allowed four
unanswered goals and lost 6-3. Jason Kelce opened
the scoring in the first period with his second goal of the season. Second period
goals by Jeff Houser and
Ben Winger put Heights ahead 3-2, but the Wolves
tied the score before intermission. The third period saw the two teams combine for 12
penalties. Kilbourne scored twice with the man-advantage while the Tigers couldn't come
up with anything on the powerplay. The teams ended up with 23 penalties on the game,
for a total of 62 penalty minutes. This was the third straight game in which the Tigers
surrendered three goals in the final period.
