Heights lost to Trinity by the score of 5-2 in the opening round of the Thornton Park
Tournament. A lack of discipline in the penalty-filled second period cost the Tigers
any shot of winning. Jeff Houser started the period
with a goal to tie the score at one. Trinity followed with three straight goals, two
on powerplays, to take the lead for good. Ben Winger
picked up the Tigers' final goal late in the period.
Peter Eckendorf played well in net making 31 saves.
