Heights played Strongsville for the second consecutive day on Sunday, this time in
the Holiday Tournament consolation game. The final result was about the same despite
a completely different team on the ice for Heights. Six Tigers were out of uniform
due to illness, while three others tried to play despite being sick. Only ten skaters
were available for most of the game. Jeff Houser
scored the lone goal for Heights, but it didn't come until late in the third period.
On Saturday, the two teams combined for 21 penalties in a very ugly game. Sunday's
match was much cleaner, with a total of 4 penalties.
