Heights allowed double-digit goals for the second time in a week with a 12-4 loss to
Hudson. Josh Janor put the Tigers on the board with
an unassisted goal in the first period, but three powerplay conversions helped Hudson
to a 5-1 lead. Heights came back with goals by Dee Samuel
and Ethan Farris early in the second period to close
the gap to 5-3, but the Tigers couldn't hold the momentum. Hudson scored the next three
goals, and Heights never got back in the game. Farris later tallied his second of the
night, but the score was 9-4 by intermission. The Tigers didn't put up much of a fight
in the third period, taking just three shots on net, while allowing 18 shots and three
goals. Heights only committed five penalties in the entire match, but Hudson took
advantage of each one, finishing with five powerplay goals and two shorthanded goals.
