A poor third period led the Tigers to an 8-1 loss against Toledo St. John's in game
two of the Thanksgiving tournament. Trailing 3-0 late in the second,
Dee Samuel scored a powerplay goal to keep Heights
in the game. Unfortunately, the Titans tallied a powerplay goal of their own with
just two seconds left in the period. The Tigers came into the third with no energy
and played a very poor period, giving up four more goals without threatening on
offense. Penalties once again cost Heights, as the team allowed three powerplay
goals for the second consecutive game.
