Heights fought off a Bay comeback and held on with a 5-4 win. The Tigers cruised to a
3-0 lead midway through the game before the Rockets responded with three goals of their
own. Bay tied the score with 50 seconds remaining in the second period, but
Paris Murray quickly lifted Heights back into the lead
for good, firing home a rebound with 14 seconds on the clock. The game stayed close
throughout the third period. Rollin Hannah's second
goal of the game brought the lead back to a pair, but Bay answered with a powerplay
goal. Daley Baker's goaltending and the Tigers'
defense made the lead stand up from there. Dee Samuel
scored Heights' second and third goals and now leads the team with 11.
