Heights lost 3-2 to Normandy despite playing one of their better games this season. The
undermanned Tigers shuffled the lineup and got contributions from players outside of their
normal positions. Andrew Brandt stepped up from the blue
line to fill in for an injured forward, and he netted the game's first goal. Similarly,
Daley Baker took off his goalie pads and made an impact
on the second line. Liam Robinson got the call in net and
answered with 31 saves. Olof Nilsson's team-leading
ninth goal brought Heights within one in the third period, but it wasn't enough to avoid
a third straight loss. |
