Another day, another 3-2 loss for Heights. The Tigers arguably gave their worst effort of
the season, but the stellar play of goaltender
Liam Robinson kept them in it until the final seconds.
Heights was outshot 33-17, but the game remained tied at two until Kent scored on a
breakaway with 12 seconds left on the clock. The Tigers' first goal came from
Jordan Shoger, who inched closer to the team scoring
lead with eight. The team's second tally came from a slightly more unusual source, as it
was the first career goal scored by Daley Baker. The
Tigers' all-time leader in games and minutes played as a goaltender has been seeing action
as a forward, where he converted a 2-on-1 rush with
Zack Murray. |
