Heights took an early lead but gave up five unanswered goals in a loss to Elyria Catholic.
The Tigers were whistled for 11 penalties and spent most of the second and third periods in
the defensive zone, unable to get much offense going.
Liam Robinson was frequently tested in net, and his 43
saves kept Heights in the game. Sam Brown was credited
with the team's first goal on a deflection off an Elyria Catholic defender. The Tigers
added a shorthanded goal when Trey Hopkins created a
2-on-1 break and passed to Tyler Rudy, who roofed it for
his fourth goal of the season. |
