Heights made it four wins in a row with a 3-2 comeback against NDCL. The Lions took the lead on multiple occasions, but the Tigers kept battling back. Tyler Rudy found Jordan Shoger in the slot to tie the game 1-1 in the second period. Shoger returned the favor, passing to Rudy on the back door to tie it 2-2 midway through the third. Heights kept working right through the final buzzer. The offense kept the pressure on as the clock ticked down, until Zack Murray found an opening to knock in the game-winner with 6.5 seconds left. In goal for the Tigers, Aidan Hall made 23 saves and was rewarded with his first win of the year. |
