Heights opened the league schedule against Garfield, a rematch from last season's overtime battle in the Baron Cup. This time around, the Bulldogs were shorthanded due to illness and the Tigers won easily with six goals in the first period and six more in the second. Tyler Rudy led the way with four goals, while linemate Ian Kraus netted three. Mike Anderson scored his first career goal in the opening period, then notched another just one minute later on the same shift. In the second period, Chris Hill got on the board with the first of his career. Isaac Brown and Ben Urbas each chipped in one goal as well. Aidan Hall faced only three shots in his second career shutout. |
