Heights returned to league play with an easy win over Garfield Heights. Senior forward Chris Hill powered the Tigers to a four-goal first period, setting up Aleksi Kuuri for a breakaway goal, then scoring the next three himself for his first career hat trick. Heights put it out of reach in the second period with five more tallies. Tyler Rudy scored twice, Ben Urbas scored once, and defensemen Sam Brown and Aleksi Vihanto each added one. Urbas then scored eleven seconds into the third period, making it 10-0 and ending the game. Aidan Hall made 12 saves in his fourth shutout this season. |
