In game two of the Bowling Green Thanksgiving Tournament, Cleveland Heights had to go
up against the tournament hosts - the two-time defending State Champion Bowling Green
Bobcats. Doug Turner collected the first Heights goal
of the game in his first game of the season. Unfortunately, the Tigers were unable to
keep up with Bowling Green for the rest of the match. Heights' troubles getting the
puck out of the defensive zone and starting offensive rushes helped to turn the game
into a blowout as the Bobcats eventually scored six times. The Tiger's second and final
goal was tallied by Eric Aber who finished with one
goal in each of the tournament's first two games. |
