The Tigers were blown out by a division rival for the second game in a row, as they lost
to the St. Edward Eagles 7-1 to open the Thornton Park Holiday Tournament. Heights
struggled at both ends of the ice as they created very few scoring chances and had all
kinds of trouble containing St. Edward on defense. Matt
Crowell and Ben Gaglioti split time in net and
combined to make 31 saves on 38 shots. The Tigers lone goal was credited to co-captain
Eric Aber, his fifth of the season.
Brian Clark missed his second consecutive game due to
injury. |
