Heights ended up on the wrong end of an ugly White Division shootout with Western Reserve.
Neither team bothered to play much defense, but the Tigers let a close game slip away with
a particularly weak start to the third period. WRA had a 4-3 lead after two, and then
scored twice in the early minutes of the third period. They upped it to 7-3 before Heights
finally got back in the game with a pair of goals.
Jason Kelce led the Tigers with two goals, while
Paris Murray,
Jesse Johnson
and Ethan Farris each had one.
